Sabrina Kemel is experienced in managing sensitive cases with substantial strategic implications. She provides valuable assistance to companies, including small and medium enterprises (SMEs), mid-sized enterprises (ETIs), and large corporations, in labour law matters. Her expertise spans from day-to-day labour management to the execution of specialised projects.
Prior to joining FTMS in 2020, Sabrina Kemel gained extensive experience at August & Debouzy before joining Jeantet where she spent nine years.
Sabrina Kemel assists a diverse client base across industries including luxury goods, automotive, construction, and service sectors such as hospitality, insurance, cleaning, and security. She collaborates closely with clients on corporate social engineering and litigation, addressing both individual and collective personnel matters.
Sabrina is regularly engaged in class-action style litigation (asbestos contamination, working hours, and issues related to the platform economy), as well as complex departures management-level employees.
The growing trend of criminalising workplace behaviour has led her to develop expertise in criminal labour law, particularly in cases involving serious workplace accidents, undeclared workers, harassment, and illegal interference.

Sabrina taught labour law for several years in two degree programmes at the Paris-Panthéon-Assas University and administered the entrance exams for the Paris Bar School.
She is a frequent media commentator on a range of labour law issues and conducts labour law training courses for the firm’s clients.
