Tristan de Puget is specialized in business litigation and international arbitration since 2009. He implements pragmatic solutions to prevent and resolve his clients’ civil and commercial disputes.
Tristan assists client in litigation proceedings before civil and commercial courts, as well as pre-litigation procedures including mediation, conciliation, and settlement negotiations.
He provides comprehensive legal counsel to French and international companies, executives and shareholders, specialising in corporate law (company law, post acquisition disputes, commercial law, governance conflicts, real estate law), as well as civil law (contracts and civil liability).
He is also active in international arbitration (ICC, ICSID, CMAP, CCJA, Swiss Chambers), particularly in relation to sub-Saharan Africa (OHADA law), in disputes pertaining to international contracts, notably defence-related matters, as well as mining and construction projects, and investment protection.
Tristan has cultivated a distinguished reputation in complex litigation with high legal, financial, and reputational stakes. He draws upon his vast judicial experience and collaborates closely with the firm’s various other departments to offer clients comprehensive support and adeptly manage cases at the intersection of civil, criminal and labour issues.
