Before joining FTMS, Tristan gained substantial experience in corporate law, banking, and financial regulation at prominent French and English law firms in both Paris and Edinburgh.

Tristan assists and represents the firm’s clients in dispute resolution, and particularly in banking, financial, and commercial litigation. He represents clients before civil and commercial courts, administrative authorities, and in alternative dispute resolution proceedings (mediation and arbitration).

Tristan also provides legal counsel to clients in the banking, finance, asset management, and insurance sectors on legal and regulatory aspects of their operations in France and abroad, particularly in product distribution and services.

He also handles issues related to international trade (such as letters of credit and bank guarantees) and international economic sanctions
