Prior to joining FTMS, Amandine worked as a labour law associate at the law firm Jeantet. She also gained valuable experience through several internships, in particular with the Social Dialogue Department of a major electricity supplier.

Amandine assists and advises both French and international companies on labour law issues and disputes, particularly in managing individual and collective relations in the workplace.

She has developed expertise in corporate restructuring and social audits in the context of corporate acquisitions.
