Prior to joining FTMS, she practiced as Counsel within Jeantet law firm and had previously practiced with various Anglo-Saxon law firms (EY and PWC). She is involved in all areas of employment law, with both French and international clients.
She has developed an expertise in advising companies during acquisition operations (social audit and negotiation) and corporate restructuring (preparation of collective redundancy plans and assistance in negotiations relating to the harmonization of collective statutes).
She also advises on issues relating to working hours and employee savings schemes. She also has significant experience in labour litigation and URSSAF.
