After completing his formal training at two prestigious Parisian litigation firms, Cédric Fischer co-founded the law firm Toutain Fischer with Jacques Toutain in 1985, now known as FTMS .

As a longstanding adviser to several French and foreign companies and executives, Cédric oversees the legal engineering of operations in areas such as corporate law (restructuring and shareholders’ agreements) and commercial law, allowing clients to anticipate and mitigate future disputes.

Working closely with FTMS’ other legal departments, Cédric excels in handling cases that are inherently technical, complex, and with high added value.

Cédric routinely assists clients before both commercial and civil courts. Over the last 20 years, he has built a distinguished arbitration practice (including CCJA, ICC, ICSID, ad hoc), particularly in disputes pertaining to West, Central, and South Africa.
