Agathe Blanc joined FTMS in 2017. She handles a wide range of criminal cases before both professional magistrate courts and public jury trials. She has developed specific expertise in labour, health, and environmental criminal law.
Agathe assists both individuals and corporate clients, especially in cases involving workplace accidents, undeclared workers, and harassment.
In the field of public health law, she was notably part of the team that represented the French National Agency for Medicines and Health Products Safety (ANSM) in the Mediator trial.
Alongside Pierre-Olivier Sur, she also assisted one hundred and sixty-five civil plaintiffs in a pollution case.
Together, they secured the first criminal conviction for endangerment due to the operation of an incinerator.
Being fluent in Italian, she has cultivated a client base among Franco-Italian businesses.
