Tanguy Jambu-Merlin joined FTMS in 2020. Tanguy specialises in business litigation, notably in commercial law, governance disputes and post-acquisition litigation).
Prior to joining FTMS, Tanguy gained expertise in business litigation through internships at several prominent French law firms. He had also worked at the Legal Department of a large luxury group, specialising in real estate and hospitality issues.
Tanguy assists French and foreign companies before French courts in civil and commercial disputes, notably in contract law, conflicts between partners or senior managers, disputes arising in external growth transactions and their post-acquisition execution.
He has also developped a specific expertise to accompany the firm’s clients in their real estate legal matters.
