Olivier Angotti has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2003 and joined FTMS in January 2020. He handles all aspects of labour law, with expertise in sensitive reorganisations and complex litigation.
Olivier Angotti has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2003 and joined FTMS in January 2020. He handles all aspects of labour law, with expertise in sensitive reorganisations and complex litigation.
Prior to joining FTMS, Olivier Angotti was a partner at Jeantet and previously worked at Allen & Overy and Freshfields.
With a wealth of experience in complex collective bargaining, particularly as pertains to labour organisation, Olivier routinely assists clients with projects aimed at preserving company competitiveness, as well as those involving reorganisation or downsizing.
In his litigation practice he has earned a strong reputation in criminal labour law, particularly in cases involving work accidents and moral harassment. He has also been the author of several constitutional questions (QPCs), which have contributed to reforms on legislation regulating work at night and on Sundays.
He also advises and assists executives in negotiations pertaining to issues of remuneration and termination.
He is particularly active in the automotive, retail, media, luxury goods and hospitality sectors.
He has been recognised as a “Next Generation Lawyer” in labour law by Legal 500.
