Prior to joining FTMS, Sofiane worked as an associate at the law firm Actance. He also gained valuable experience through labour law internships at various French and Anglo-Saxon law firms.

Sofiane specialises predominantly in litigation. He advises companies in complex individual and collective labour law disputes and handles social security issues, such as occupational illness, industrial accidents, and cases involving inexcusable misconduct. He also provides expertise in electoral disputes.

He advises French and foreign companies on a wide range of issues, such as workplace health and safety, moral harassment, discrimination and relations with employee representative bodies.

Sofiane conducts regular training sessions on labour law for the firm’s clients.
