Clara Gérard-Rodriguez joined FTMS in 2018. She handles complex criminal cases, often in collaboration with other departments within the firm.
Prior to joining, FTMS, Clara spent four years as a legal assistant at the International Criminal Court (ICC).
A recognised expert in France and abroad, Clara assists individuals and corporations in litigation involving violations of international law and human rights before French, foreign, and international criminal courts.
She advises businesses operating in sensitive regions and works with their leaders to mitigate the legal risks of commercial and production activities, placing a particular emphasis on duty of care obligations.
Clara represents her clients before international organisations such as the United Nations and INTERPOL, as well as in extradition matters.
She also assists individuals and businesses that are facing allegations or that are victims of ethical conduct offences (corruption, influence peddling, favouritism, and conflicts of interest), as well of economic and financial crimes (money laundering, misuse of corporate assets, fraud, and tax evasion).

Clara est admise sur la liste des conseils adjoints de la Cour pénale internationale.
Depuis novembre 2022, elle assiste les Procureurs et enquêteurs ukrainiens dans le cadre des enquêtes pour crimes internationaux commis par l'armée russe en Ukraine.
Elle participe fréquemment à des conférences et séminaires sur la justice internationale et les droits humains.
