Jean Néret joined FTMS in January 2020, along with his entire team, to create the firm’s Labour Law department. He offers comprehensive assistance to companies and executives on a wide array of employment law issues including individual, collective, and criminal matters.
Jean Néret began his career in corporate law. Recognising the rising importance of labour law in major corporations, he founded Jeantet’s Labour Law department in 1990.
Jean Néret assists clients with all aspects of employment law, particularly in industries such as luxury goods, automotive, construction, and public works. He stands out for his expertise in criminal labour law.
Jean Néret previously held the prestigious Chair of Social Law at the University of Paris XII.
He passed the competitive examination for the aggregation of private law in 1982.
