Prior to joining FTMS Paisley acquired experience at international corporate law and arbitration firms.

Paisley represents French and international companies in litigation before civil and commercial courts on matters of banking and financial law, compliance, liability, and contracts .

A dual national of France and the UK, Paisley handles arbitration proceedings under a variety of applicable laws before major institutions (ICC, LCIA, ICSID, PCA). She also works as Secretary of the Arbitral Tribunal in international commercial arbitration cases.
