Prior to joining FTMS, Hervé gained valuable experience in diverse settings, including the Labour inspectorate and the social affairs division of the Paris Court of Appeal. He also worked as a paralegal for the Human Resources department of a prominent automotive group.

Hervé provides legal counsel to the firm’s French and international clients in a wide range of labour law matters, and in particular the management of individual and collective relationships in the workplace. He also handles issues related to workplace health and safety, as well as international mobility.
