Marc Henry has over 30 years of experience in law. After practicing as Partner in international structures (Lovells, then Hughes Hubbard), he joined FTMS in 2018.

He has always specialised in business litigation and arbitration and has developed a particular expertise in Banking and Finance Law, Compliance Law, Liability and Contract Law, Corporate Law (shareholder disputes and post-M&A litigations) and Collective Procedures Law. Marc Henry also has an in-depth expertise in arbitration proceedings, in which he acts as both counsel and arbitrator.
Marc Henry was elected President of the French Arbitration Association (Association Française d’Arbitrage, AFA) in September 2017.

He teaches Arbitration in several programmes (Masters 2) of the Universities of Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne, Paris II Panthéon-Assas and Versailles-Saint-Quentin and has published many articles of doctrine in this field. He is a member of the Arbitration Commission of the French Committee of the ICC as well as of the ASA, the LCIA and the UIA.

Marc Henry is recognized by numerous rankings, including the Legal 500 “Leading individual” in banking litigation and recommended in commercial litigation.
