Valentine Menou joined FTMS in September 2024. She specializes in business litigation and international arbitration.
Prior to joining FTMS, Valentine acquired experience at French and Anglo-Saxon business law and arbitration firms, as well as at an arbitration institution and Paris Appeal Court.
Valentine represents French and international companies in litigation before civil and commercial courts on matters of banking and financial law, compliance, liability, and contracts .
A dual national of France and the UK, Valentine handles arbitration proceedings under a variety of applicable laws before major institutions (ICC, LCIA, ICSID, PCA). She also works as Secretary of the Arbitral Tribunal in international commercial arbitration cases.
