Juliette provides expert advice to French and international clients – companies, executives and partners – on a wide range of corporate law matters. She focuses on company’s set up, shareholders agreement, governance, approval of accounts and capital transactions. She also provides legal advice in reorganization and restructurings (mergers, demergers, acquisitions, asset transfers) as well as in acquisition and sale of shares and business assets.

Juliette is also involved in the prevention and resolution of complex business litigation. She often deals with issues in terms of revocation, exclusion or conflicts between shareholders and partners.

A dual national of France and Italy, Juliette is able to accompany, in Italian, Italian corporates and private individuals in the development of their activities in France, notably in cross border transactions.
